Dr. Tal Raviv is the founder and medical director of Eye Center of New York in Midtown Manhattan, established in 2000, and focuses exclusively on laser refractive cataract surgery and LASIK.
He trained in ophthalmology at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and completed a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.
